This is a condition caused by an inflammation of the appendix.

The appendix is an organ which is located in the tummy and is attached to your intestine. It tends to get inflamed in children and young adults but could be found in adults.

Most people complain of abdominal pain which usually starts centrally but could move towards the right. Some people get fever, loose stools, and fast heart beat with vomiting.

Symptoms could be intermittent, with the abdominal pain resolving on its own without any particular management. Mostly it would require a surgical intervention with the appendix taken out. Pain medications, antibiotics and anti-sickness medications could be used.
